On Feb. 24, the Maple Grove Planning Commission was flooded with nearly 20 pages of emails from community members concerned with the proposed North Elm Creek at South Elm Road Park. Residents spoke about the loss of rolling hills, woods, and Elm Creek. City staff was comfortable with the developer’s efforts to preserve trees, but a majority of the emailers expressed concern about the loss of natural space.

Currently under construction, The Cove at East Elm Creek is a townhome community with 73 townhomes. The community is conveniently located near the Maple Grove Hospital, as well as the future Maple Grove Health Village. Xenium Lane and HWY 610 are both convenient for residents.
